KVS to award Certificate of Excellence to its high performing Teachers and Principals
New Delhi (2 Dec 2016): Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has decided to award a Certificate of Excellence to its 3488 Teachers and Principals as a token of appreciation for producing outstanding results in their subject areas for 2015-16 session.
The Certificates under three categories viz. Principals, PGTs and TGTs will be issued by KVS Commissioner, Sh. Santosh Kumar Mall and Additional Commissioner (Acad) Sh. U.N. Khaware.
According to a press release,
“The Principals under whose guidance the School has secured 100% Result in Class X and XII with a minimum 65 Performance Index (Class XII) and 20% Students getting 10/10 CGPA in 2015-16 have been chosen for this Excellence Certificate. The number of such principals for Class X and XII are 107 out of about 1000 Principals across the country.”
Similarly, 1929 Post Graduate Teachers of various Subjects in Class XII have been selected for producing 100% result in their respective subjects with a high level of Performance Index (PI). In Total 1452 teachers teaching various subjects of Class X have been selected for this appreciation.
