Sharing the two videos of speeches of Justice A P Shah, former Chief Justice, Delhi High Court and former Chairperson, Law Commission, delivered at the release of highly acclaimed work of Vrinda Grover and Saumya Uma on Kandhamal's anti-Christian Violence. The speech delivered at the Constitution Club, New Delhi on March 31st, 2017 is extraordinary in many senses as speak of issues of communalism and how judiciary responded to it but also of his own personal narratives.

If possible, we hope some people would transcribe the speech and put it for record. The video quality is not very good as I recorded it for the sake of documentation and record without any aid so my hand was shaking but most of the time it went well.

This speech must be widely shared to understand the communal politics and judicial failures too.
