नोटबंदी ने बिगाड़ी देश की अर्थिक स्थिति, संयुक्त संसदीय समिति से कराई जाए जांचः एडवोकेट शरफुद्दीन
नई दिल्ली, 03 जन। प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 8 नवंबर 2016 को नोटबंदी के साथ ही देश विषम परिस्थितियों से गुज़र रहा है। जिसने कमज़ोर लोगों व वर्गों की जि़ंदगी को ज़्यादा दयनीय बना दिया है। इसीं के मद्देनज़र सोशल डेमोक्रेटिक पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया (एसडीपीआई) ने जन्तर मन्तर पर राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष एडवोकेट शरफुद्दीन अहमद के नेतृत्व में एक विशाल धरना व प्रदर्शन का आयोजन किया।
एडवोकेट शरफद्दीन अहमद ने इस मौके पर कहा कि नरेन्द्र मोदी बार-बार पैंतरे बदल रहे हैं और उनका यह ऐलान कि 50 दिनों में हालात काबू में आ जाएंगे, भी धोखा साबित हुआ है। नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने 8 नवंबर की रात को बारह बजे से नोटबंदी का ऐलान करते वक़्त यह कहा था कि ऐसा करने के पीछे फर्जी करेन्सी और काले धन पर नियंत्रण करना है, जिससे कि आतंकवाद और टैक्स चोरी को रोका जा सके।
श्री शरफुद्दीन ने कहा कि 31 दिसंबर 2016 के अपने संबोधन में प्रधानमंत्री ने फर्जी करेन्सी व काले धन पर नियंत्रण के सिलसिले में पायी सफलता व असफलता का कोई जि़क्र नहीं किया और न ही नोटबंदी के बाद हुए जानी व माली नुकसान, आर्थिक घाटे व ख़त्म न होती समस्याओं को ही अपने संबोधन में शामिल किया।
नोटबंदी के बाद सामने आए तथ्यों जैसे 8 नवंबर से पहले ही नए नोटों का भाजपा के लोगों के पास से ज़ब्त किया जाना। देश भर में भाजपा द्वारा महंगी जायदादें खरीदना, बेड लोन्स के नाम पर चुनिन्दा लोगों के लिए लाखों करोड़ रूपये माफ किया जाना और दिन प्रतिदिन आर्थिक स्थिति खराब होते जाना जैसे सवाल हैं, जिनपर प्रधानमंत्री की जवाबदेही बनती है।
इस मौक़े पर ऑल इंडिया इमाम्स काउंसिल के दिल्ली प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष मौलाना अब्दुल वारिस ने कहा कि नोटबंदी के फैसले के बाद देश की दो तिहाई जनता जिसके पास बैंकों में खाते भी नहीं है असमंजस की स्थितियों से गुज़र रही है और दूसरी तरफ प्रधानमंत्री जी चीन की कंपनी अलीबाबा के ‘पै-टीएम‘ के प्रोत्साहन में काम करते दिखाई दे रहे हैं। ऐसे हालात में यह आवश्यक हो जाता है कि नोटबंदी के प्रकरण के लिए एक आयोग या संयुक्त संसदीय समीति का गठन किया जाए।
एसडीपीआई के राष्ट्रीय कोआर्डिनेटर डा. निज़ामुद्दीन खान ने कहा कि हमारी पार्टी ने 10 नवंबर को ही नोटबंदी को एक घातक अप्रजातांत्रिक व असंवेधानिक निर्णय क़रार दिया था और 24 दिसंबर 2016 इसकी पूर्ण रूप से जांच की मांग की थी, परंतु 31 दिसंबर 2016 को श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के संबोधन के बाद देश पूरी तरह निराशा से घिर गया है और यह अतिआवश्यक हो गया है कि उक्त मांगों के समर्थन में जनता का साथ दिया जाए और आंदोलन करके अपनी मांगों को सरकार तक पहुंचाया जाए। इसलिए एसडीपीआई ने पूरे देश में नोटबंदी के प्रकरण के संबंध में आंदोलन का जो निर्णय लिया है उसी की कड़ी में आज दिल्ली में प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है।
इस प्रदर्शन में पॉपुरल फ्रंट ऑफ इंडिया दिल्ली प्रदेशाध्यक्ष परवेज़ अहमद तथा सचिव गुलफाम हुसैन, के अलावा भारी संख्या में पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने शिरकत की।

Your Excellency,
Mr. Narendra Modi on 8 November 2016 abruptly made an announcement demonetizing the notes of 500 & 1000 Rs. denomination with mid night effect, quoting the reasons of fake currency & black money and also to control the terrorist activities by the demonetization of these notes. Mr. Narendra Modi thereafter time and again changed his stand and finally asked the country to give him 50 days time to relieve from the difficulties created by the demonetization.
The demonetization move has failed on all the fronts including financial and administrative sides. Prime Minister has taken 50 days time expiring 31 December but he did not explain about he progress regarding fake currency as well as black money and fully ignored the difficulties faced by the public at large. Compelling SDPI to take the issue to public domain. RBI has been used as an arm to political executive and Parliamentary values have been torn into pieces. About 100 persons have died falling to the demonetization. The whole economy has been put to nadir. The farmer, petty traders and laborers have been made suffer without their fault and whole the economic movement has been put at standstill for the last 53 days. Wades of unaccounted new currency are being recovered and these are indication that the ruling party has taken advantage of demonetization by making pre arrangements in its favors but no legal action has been taken against wrongdoers.
SDPI demands that a thorough and fair inquiry, either headed by the Judge of Supreme Court or joint Parliamentary committee, is very necessary to delve the truth and fall out including on all the aspects pre and post demonetization dated 8 November 2016.
