वास्तविक सर्व शाळांमधून परिपाठ अथवा प्रार्थनेच्या वेळी घटनेच्या प्रास्ताविकेचे वाचन दररोज केले जावे असे आदेश मागील आघाडी सरकारने परिपत्रकाद्वारे दिले होते। मात्र, त्याची अद्यापही प्रभावी अंमलबजावणी केली जात नसल्याचे दिसून येत आहे। अनुदानित, विनाअनुदानित अशा सर्व शाळांकडून हे आदेश डावलले जात असून, यापुढेही ते न मानणाऱ्या शाळांवर कारवाई केली जाणार आहे।

The people of Maharashtra who have the right to celebrate Indian constitution day on 26 Th November as the BJP government there has notified, aided, non-aided, govt, private -all schools and educational institutes to celebrate Indian Constitution day. I was expecting the initiative to be taken by Akhilesh Government in Uttar Pradesh which would prove their commitment to the constitution as well as their political maturity to answer Mayawati. I had been wrong.
At present America, still not recovered from snowstorm countrywide faces the fire of apartheid civil war fire yet again, most ironically, during the regime of the first Black president Mr Barack Obama who would be the guest of Honour on Indian Republic day and who took oath with the pledge to fulfil the dream of Martin Luther King. But the corporate Zionist monopolistic imperialism failed him so much so that he rode the time machine and landed in the time of President Abraham Lincon, amidst the civil war of apartheid.
Ironically, India has opted for open market economy and made itself a periphery of global free market economy.
Basic issue remains the sustenance of democracy and for which the celebration constitution day is most important.
Ironically, one BJP government notifies mandatory celebration while a self-styled secular government, the government of West Bengal led by MS Mamata Banerjee denies the permission to take out procession with the constitution. Nevertheless, as she is unable to resist the overwhelming saffron tsunami, she has to witness how Bengal celebrates the day in the south as well as in the North Bengal.
What to say about all those non BJP governments who quote so often DR.BR Ambedkar and his constitution in defence of democracy. I am afraid that Mr Narendra Modi's party hijacked the opportunity as they stand nowhere. Nowhere!
Identities would not help to bring forth the much wanted change as the Sangh Pariwar is more than efficient to merge all identities and no identity is going to be greater than Hindutva identity in which lies the secret of so much so hyped Modi Magic!
Kolkata Police has denied us the permission to take a procession from Metro Channel to one KM away, Red Road as we want to celebrate Indian constitution day gathering on the foot of Babasaheb Dr. BR Ambedkar's statue there. But hearing our appeal, the Maharashtra government has notified all school and educational institutes there to celebrate constitution day. It farther proves the character of the hegemony rule in Bengal which denies accepting the contribution of DR. Ambedkar.
Constitution Day is being observed across India on 26 November 2014 to honour the Constitution of India. The Constitution of India was adopted by the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949, which came into force on 26 January 1950.

भारतीय राज्यघटनेतील मौलिक तत्त्वे आणि नागरिकांचे हक्क आणि कर्तव्ये याबबत विद्यार्थ्यांना जागृत करण्याची नितांत गरज असल्याचे सांगत, बुधवारी, २६ नोव्हेंबर रोजी 'भारतीय संविधान दिना'चे औचित्य साधत राज्यातील प्रत्येक शाळेत राज्यघटना दिवस साजरा केला जाणार आहे.
राज्यघटनेतील मौलिक तत्त्वे, घटनात्मक हक्क आणि कर्तव्ये स्वतंत्र भारताच्या नागरिकांना संस्कारीत करणारी आहेत. ही तत्त्वे शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांच्याही मनावर बिंबवणे आणि त्यांना देशाचे जागरूक नागरिक बनविणे आवश्यक असल्याने शालेय शिक्षण विभागाने अध्यादेश काढून २६ नोव्हेंबर रोजी शाळांमध्ये राज्यघटनेशी संबंधित विविध कार्यक्रम राबवण्याच्या सूचना केल्या आहेत.
घटनेतील तत्त्वांचा प्रसार व प्रचार करण्यासोबतच शाळांमध्ये बुधवारी घटनेच्या प्रस्ताविकेचे वाचन करण्यात येणार आहे. त्याचप्रमाणे घटनेवर आधारित प्रश्नमंजुषा, चित्रकला, स्लोगन, पोस्टर्स, समूहगान आदी स्पर्धांचे कार्यक्रम आयोजित केले जाणार असून, घटनेतील अधिकार, कर्तव्य आदी विषयांवर तज्ज्ञांची व्याख्याने व विविध सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजन करण्याची सूचनाही शाळांना देण्यात आल्याचे प्राथमिक शिक्षण विभागाचे संचालक महावीर माने यांनी सांगितले.

वरिष्ठ पत्रकार पलाश विश्वास (Palash Biswas) उत्तराखंड व झारखंड क्षेत्र से जुड़े एक सक्रिय पर्यावरणवादी एवं सामाजिक पत्रकार हैं, जिनकी लेखनी हिमालयी जनजीवन, दलित-सामाजिक मुद्दों और दूरदराज़ के किसानों तक पहुँचती रही है। कलकत्ता (कोलकाता) में आधारित पत्रकारिता करियर की शुरुआत पदोन्नति से नहीं, बल्कि हिमालयी क्षेत्र में पर्यावरण और सामाजिक आंदोलनों से हुई थी। चिपको आंदोलन से प्रभावित होकर उन्हें पत्रकार बनना पड़ा, और 1980 में एक दैनिक समाचारपत्र से पत्रकारिता की शुरुआत की। उन्होंने उत्तराखंड‑झारखंड के सामाजिक संघर्षों, किसान एवं आदिवासियों की स्थिति पर रिपोर्टिंग की और इंडियन एक्सप्रेस (जनसत्ता) जैसे प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों में वरिष्ठ भूमिका निभाई। पलाश विश्वास को उत्तराखंड, झारखंड और हिमालयी क्षेत्रों में “पलाश दा” नाम से श्रद्धा के साथ जाना जाता है। उनकी पत्रकारिता इन क्षेत्रों की आवाज़ को राष्ट्रीय मंच तक पहुँचाती रही है। उनकी लेखनी में समाजवाद, दलित अधिकार, पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं अभिव्यक्ति स्वतंत्रता की प्रतिबद्धता स्पष्ट रूप से दिखती है। उन्होंने खुले तौर पर अम्बेडकरवादी विचारों का समर्थन किया है लेकिन मुख्यधारा की जातीय राजनीति पर सवाल भी उठाए हैं। मुख्य योगदान एवं विषय 1. पर्यावरण व हिमालयी संघर्ष चिपको आंदोलन, नैनीताल समाचार, संघर्ष वाहिनी जैसे माध्यमों से हिमालयी जनजीवन की कहानी को प्रमुखता से प्रस्तुत किया। 2. दलित-अम्बेडकरवादी चिंतन धर्मनिरपेक्ष सामाजिक न्याय की दृष्टि से दलित आंदोलनों, बसपा, रिपब्लिकन पैंथर्स और गैर-चुनावी संगठन आदि पर विश्लेषण करते रहे, हालांकि उन्होंने राजनैतिक दलों से दूरी बनाए रखी है। 3. सामाजिक असमानताओं पर विमर्श कालेज और पत्रकारिता दृश्य दोनों में, सामाजिक बदलाव और गरीब वर्गों के प्रश्नों को उजागर किया। वह प्रकाशनों, ब्लॉग और हस्तक्षेप जैसे मंचों पर खुलकर लिखते रहे हैं।
