Reservation for Dalits .
Those Dalits in BJP have to 'Reconsider' their being there.

I am a Muslim. I don't ask for reservation for Muslims. But I object the removal of reservation for Dalits.
The cancellation of reservation for Dalits is there only for 60+ years and the high caste are feeling the pinch of it. Just imagine a marginalised section of Hindu community were kept out by their own co-religionists for more than 5,000 years. Just imagine how much pain these Dalits must have felt? Just imagine what must have happened to all of them for all these years.
BJP and RSS want to abolish the reservation for Dalits. Their policies in this matter are very well known. Remember what the chief of the RSS said before Bihar elections? And, of course, after BJP's humiliating defeat, in fact Modi's defeat, the same MB said that no review of the reservation policy is under consideration and that the RSS supports reservation for Dalits.

RSS and BJP are always known to have 'Double Speak.' This is their clever policy.
If one leader says something and if there is a protest against it then the other will come forward and say, "This is his/her personal views and not the views of the party!!" They have been caught a number of times doing this and still keep on doing it regularly. They think others are fool.
Sumitra Mahajan, the Speaker of Lok Sabha recently said to reconsider the reservation for Dalits. And now, the AAP leader Kumar Vishwas who is known to have his connection with Nagpur has come forward.
The Dalits were marginalised for more than 5,000 years. Lots of injustice was done to them in such a long period. Dalits, though followers of Hindu religion were never granted equality. Dr. Baba sahib Ambedkar correctly protested and left the religion along with millions. It is really unfortunate to see some Dalits are still in the BJP knowing fully well that the policies of this party are against their own interests.
Can one imagine as to how much pain these Dalits must have suffered in the last 5,000 years? And what about their women and children? Their women were treated as public property. We know Dalit women were not allowed to cover their breasts in public. Dalits were forced to tie brooms at their back. Their children were deprived of education. Remember Dronacharya and Eklavya story?
There are countless such stories in recent past. Rohith who recently committed suicide is the fresh one. How Dalit students are evicted from hostels and other facilities are denied to them are recent ones. If this government sincerely look it will find that hundreds and thousands of jobs kept reserved for Dalits are deliberately not filled in.

Reservation for Dalits should not be 'Reconsidered' for at least 200 years

I personally believe that reservation for Dalits should not be 'Reconsidered' for at least 200 years. The damage of 5,000 years cannot be met in just 60 or 70 years. Although, I am a Muslim still I support the reservation for Dalits. Those Dalits in BJP have to 'Reconsider' their being there. I think not only Muslims but everyone must support reservation for Dalits. They deserve this. By this way they will achieve some sort of Equality.
