India on Sunday made it clear that the Teesta river water-sharing deal will not be signed during PM Narendra Modi's visit to Bangladesh from June 6, indicating that the West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is still not on board. “There will be no deal on Teesta during the coming visit because we have to take the state (West Bengal) government on board for this, “Sushma Swaraj said.
