New Delhi, 25 August. Karnataka chief minister HD Kumar Swamy has said that It is a democratic system and Anybody can become a CM in this democracy.
He was reacting on statement of ex CM Siddaramaiah.
'With your blessings, I will once again become the Chief Minister. Opposition joined hands to stop me from becoming the Chief Minister for a second consecutive term.'
