Even accused in Parliament attack case including Afzal Guru did not suffer any harassment in Patiala Courts where trial went on for two years (2002-2003).

Accused used to be produced at least twice a month, and during evidence more frequently, but there was no disturbance to the court proceedings which were open and anyone could go and watch.

Besides many terrorist related cases are still going on in Patiala House courts.

I fail to understand the sudden upsurge of 'deshbhakti' leading to violence against journalists and attack on the student who is accused of merely raising slogans!.
