Namaskar/Assalaamu alaikum!
Sub: Non-Compliance of UIDAI guidelines at Hyderabad Aadhar Enrolment Centers - Violation of Human Rights -
Ref: https://uidai.gov.in/faq.html?catid=38

It has been observed that Aadhar Center Operators are not complying with the instructions laid down for Biometric Data Capture Guidelines, particularly under 1.f 'Guidelines for Facial Image Capture' - Accessories.
Head cover of women who go for Aadhar Card enrolment is being made an issue. There is insistence on removal of head cover at all Hyderabad/Telangana Aadhar Enrolment Centers. While some are complying with the dictates of the Operators others have to fight it out..
Citizens would highly appreciate if you could arrange for :
1- Display of the guidelines under 1.f at all the Aadhar enrolling centers;

2-Sensitize all Aadhar Center Operators to comply with guidelines;

3- Issue suitable directions immediately for compliance of the above and announce penalty for non-compliance.
We consider non-compliance of the above guidelines is a violation of basic human rights of citizens who would like to pursue their faith matters within constitutional norms..
Kindly acknowledge assuring us of prompt action..
We assure you of our participative cooperation towards societal wellbeing and honest governance.
with you in building a humane India,
