Of course India.
Surely the demand for such attire must not have come from African heads of states. This is the outcome for PM Modi's penchant for personal publicity photo ops.
This is repetition of wearing of Rs 10 lakh attire by Modi earlier.
Our 'Servant' Modi as PM should understand that money his government is spending on such extravaganzas is not his personal money. This taxpayers money.
He should realize that hundreds of farmers are committing suicides, we are the hunger capital of the world, Indians are dying for want of health services. This decision must be rescinded and let the African leaders wear their own clothes paid by them only.
