It is daily reported that someone died standing in a queue before an ATM or in a bank. The figure has gone up to 100 or so. Their death has not been caused by a natural calamity beyond human control or in an accident for which no authority was responsible.
They are dead due to a decision taken by P.M.Modi of which they were not the target because they had done no wrong.
They were decent innocent persons, who have been killed by Modi's abrupt decision to demonetize WITHOUT PREPARATION to catch his political opponents unaware of his design to make them CASHLESS to win the UP Assembly elections.
The dead had deposited their money in the banks confident that they would get it if and when they needed. It was their unquestionable right.
They never imagined it could ever be denied. But it was abruptly denied reducing them to poverty despite having money and beggary for a fraction of their own money. They had to stand in a queue and die for their own money, which they desperately needed for their survival.
They were forced to celebrate their children's wedding within Rs 2.5 Lakh when there was no such legal ceiling. Modi's pals were free to spend even Rs 500 crore on a wedding because they COULD GET ALL THE MONEY THEY WANTED.
The ones dying standing in the queue are not the only ones to die of Modi's' sudden operation against his political opponents before the coming elections in UP.
There are also those who died because they could not rush to a hospital or get urgently needed medical treatment for which they had no cash in hand. Their cash remained in the banks but they were forced to die due to Modi's murderous game.
Their blood is on Modi's hand, and whether we are for and against him we cannot feign not to see the blood stains on his hand.
We may support demonetization or oppose it, but as decent human beings we cannot support a measure which sheds innocent blood nor the person who sheds it.
