Statement by PM does not subscribe to his stature

Lucknow. Centre for Objective Research and Development(CORD) in a press statement through its Director, Athar Husain has expressed concern on the seriousness of NDA led Central Govt on the issue of maintaining communal amity in the country when PM Modi in his electioneering speech in Buxar has raised a bogey of alarm for OBC'S & SC's and ST's that there quota will be reduced and given to Minorities if Mahagadbandhan govt comes in Bihar.
Athar Husain said, “This statement by PM does not subscribe to his stature by pitting one community of this country against another specially when country is seeing sustained hatred spread by some organisations against minorities.”
“CORD through this statement appeals to PM to not let the political compulsions of his ruling alliance be a reason to create any communal disharmony in the country where minorities have equal rights for opportunities for development as enshrined in constitution”, added Athar Husain.
