New Delhi(NNIS). Security expert PK Sehgal, speaking exclusively to nnis, said today the terrorist attack in Gurdaspur district was an indication of intelligence failure, as also poor security, which allowed them to cross over with ease.

Sehgal said the Army was called in late. They should have already been there in 30 to 40 minutes. The operation should have been over by now instead of stretching to 8 hours.
He also advocated the need to capture some of the terrorists alive to milk them for information.
