नहीं रहे ओम पुरी
नई दिल्ली, 6 जनवरी। दिग्गज अभिनेता ओम पुरी नहीं रहे। आज सुबह उनके मुंबई स्थित अपने घर में दिल का दौरा पड़ने से उनका निधन हो गया। वह 66 साल के थे। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक उनके एक पारिवारिक मित्र ने अभिनेता के निधन की पुष्टि की।
वह हिन्दी सिने जगत के साथ-साथ कई हॉलीवुड फिल्मों का भी हिस्सा रहे। उनकी गिनती समानांतर सिनेमा के प्रमुख कलाकारों में की जाती है।
कई फिल्मी पुरस्कार हासिल कर चुके ओमपुरी को 'आरोहण' और 'अर्ध सत्य' के लिए राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मिल चुका है।
ओम पुरी ऐसे कलाकार थे जिन्होंने पर्दे पर हर रंग को उतारा। ओम पुरी ने गंभीर से लेकर कॉमेडी भूमिका ओम में भी अपना लोहा मनवाया।
